This is what we do

Established in 2002, our core activity is providing model policy/procedure to organisations/businesses in the UK.

We believe that whilst having effective policy is important, it isn’t what drives most businesses. Successful organisations, we think, focus on their core objectives, and value the support we can give in providing an up-to-date and effective model of the policy/procedure they are trying to create. Result is an efficient and effective end-product which can be implemented quickly and efficiently. Time is not wasted, allowing the business to focus on its core activities and money is saved.

We pride ourselves on the work we are doing for the Care Industry. This Industry is now heavily regulated, and having effective policy which helps promise and deliver a quality service is essential. I don’t want to recycle business-speak mumbo-jumbo. This is what we stand for in plain and simple language:

Philip Bradshaw

Philip is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Chartered MCIPD) and has over 20 years' experience of HR and Personnel Management in the UK, including 10 years with HCA United Kingdom Limited, 5 years with BNA, and 5 years with Capio Healthcare Limited (formerly Community Hospitals Group). As Human Resources Director for each of these companies Philip has contributed significantly to the development of Human Resources Policy and Practice.
